For customers whose payment card remains valid from the last time it was charged, you will receive a refund to that payment card. All other customers will receive a refund by check. Send an email containing your updated mailing address to support@paytollo.com from the same email address you used to register with our service.
If the payment card you used when last charged by PayTollo is no longer valid and you are also no longer able to access the email address you used to register with our service, please message us via the PayTollo app or email support@paytollo.com for assistance.
