PayTollo is a technology platform that allows for drivers of toll roads to pay their toll fee using our smartphone app.
In areas where PayTollo operates drivers can use the app to pay toll fees and use the all electronic lanes. The app also provides information related to where the tolls are located and how much you should expect to pay at each toll point. This can be found within the app by pressing "Map" from the PayTollo Dashboard.
When you are driving the road ways, in order to get the best experience you should have the app running. This allows for a toll notification to be triggered allowing you to arrive at your destination and pay the toll instantly by using the "PayTollo Now" feature.
For the times when you do not have the app running, your phone does not have power, or you don't have your phone with you your tolls will still be covered by your PayTollo account. We do this by matching your license plate with the toll authority. In instances where this occurs we will notify you by email and push notification that we have charged your account for the toll crossing.
